DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Initial: (4 – 6 weeks):
Up to 13 kg : 0.5 tablet daily.
13 – 27 kg : 1 tablet daily.
27 – 45 kg : 2 tablets daily.
45 kg and over: 2.5 tablets daily.
Maintenance: (After initial period):
Up to 13 kg : 0.5 tablet every other day.
13 – 27 kg : 0.5 tablet daily.
27 – 45 kg : 1 tablet daily.
45 kg and over: 1.5 tablets daily.
If giving more than 1 tablet, divide between AM and PM.
